This group coaching program is about people coming together to gain self-awareness, knowledge, and tools that help alleviate stress and restore balance in the midst of a demanding, chaotic world. It’s designed for people who feel burned out, unseen, alone, or adrift, for people who know something in their life isn’t quite working anymore but aren’t sure how to find their way back to themselves.
In this space, we slow down.
We reconnect with what truly matters. And together, we begin creating calmer, clearer, more empowered lives, both individually and as a community.

Each week we explore a coaching concept together to help you understand where you are, what truly matters to you, and how to begin moving forward with greater confidence and alignment. You’ll gain practical tools, meaningful reflection, and the support of a community walking a similar path.

Hi, I’m Jess!
I’m a certified life coach, and much of my work centers around supporting people who are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in a season of life that no longer feels quite right.
In my coaching, I create space for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. Together we explore new perspectives, practical tools, and small shifts that can help life feel more balanced, meaningful, and aligned.
I created this group program because I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people come together in a supportive space — sharing experiences, learning from one another, and realizing they’re not alone in what they’re navigating.

In one-on-one coaching, the entire session focuses on your individual goals and challenges. In group coaching, you still receive guidance and coaching tools, but you also benefit from the shared insights and experiences of others in the group. Many people find group coaching powerful because they realize they’re not alone in what they’re experiencing and gain new perspectives from others navigating similar challenges.

Burnout often happens when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. In this group coaching program, we focus on helping participants move beyond burnout by reconnecting with their values, identifying what truly matters to them, and developing tools that support greater clarity, balance, and joy in everyday life.

All sessions are recorded and shared with participants so you can watch the replay if you’re unable to attend live.

Each live session lasts one hour. Participants are also invited to explore optional reflection exercises between sessions, but these are flexible and can be completed at your own pace.

Participants receive six live group coaching sessions, session recordings, reflection prompts and exercises, recommended resources for deeper learning, and access to a private online community where participants can connect and support one another throughout the program.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure before starting something new. Many people rarely feel fully “ready” when they begin exploring personal growth. Often the most important signal to pay attention to is your curiosity or desire for change. If something about the program resonates with you, that’s worth listening to.

Yes. Creating a respectful and supportive environment is essential to the program. Participants are asked to honor the privacy and confidentiality of others so everyone feels safe sharing and exploring their experiences.

To create a supportive and connected group experience, participants begin the program together at the start of the six-week series. Late enrollment isn’t available once the program has begun.
